1. How to place an order on santoss.store?
It’s very simple! Just select your favorite products, choose the size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart”. Continue to fill in the shipping information and choose the payment method to complete the order.
2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Saturday.
Order Processing Time: Most orders take 1-2 business days to process. During sales and busy periods, it may take longer for us to process your order.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and holidays.
Shipping Time
We offer standard shipping of 7-20 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note, processing time does not include weekends or US federal holidays.

If for any reason a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, not received, etc., the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the package. Please make sure the address is correct before checking out of your shopping cart.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.
