Refund and Returns Policy

At Santoss.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or refunds under our terms. This policy is designed to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience, with a fast, transparent and easy returns and refunds process.

30 Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returns are subject to our policy:

You will need to include your packing slip inside the package when returning the item to us. Any returned items without a packing slip will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in the original packaging provided.

Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or without the original labels will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

To return a product, simply follow a few simple steps:

-Write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We provide the address for returns.

-Customer is responsible for the return label. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned products unless otherwise stated.

-Check the integrity of the packaging (we will accept returns of the Product in new condition).

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to you via the original payment method. This process may take 7 to 10 business days.

The refund amount will be minus the original shipping cost (if applicable), unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is credited.

Cancel (Cancel Order)

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos and a description of the fault. You can contact us here.

We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
